DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and develop staff, assist with recruitment and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies. Requires at least 1 year in retail management, strong English communication, and willingness to travel between stores within the district.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop store personnel.
• Experience with inventory management and budgeting tasks.
