Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations across assigned locations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading staff, recruiting and training, ensuring policy compliance, and monitoring shrink. The role requires flexibility, a 40-hour week, and willingness to travel between stores in the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong leadership and customer service.
• Ability to train and develop staff across stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel; assist in recruiting.
• Assist Store Manager with performance evaluations.
• Help manage expenses and inventory to meet budgets.
• Monitor shrink and ensure loss prevention measures.
• Provide excellent customer service and merchandising guidance.
• Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
