Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, train the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and strategic planning within a retail environment.

You will assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring adherence to company policies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor shrink and inventory; conduct regular counts.
• Maintain outstanding customer service standards.
