Job summary

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong English communication, and flexibility to travel to assigned stores within the district. Compensation includes hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel; support Store Manager on evaluations.
• Assist with expense management and inventory controls for budget adherence.
• Monitor shrink, loss prevention, and store standards to meet goals.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on staff performance and development.
