Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a professional Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, control expenses, and uphold outstanding guest service across stores in the district.

You will mentor staff, recruit and train associates, monitor inventory, ensure policy compliance, and help set schedules and budgets while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications
