Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in big box, high volume management with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments and Receiving or Front End experience.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, interview and select, and manage payroll and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving, Customer Service, Maintenance and Sales Departments through Group Sales Managers.
• Staff with service-oriented associates and oversee training, performance reviews and scheduling.
• Communicate and implement company advertising, pricing, and visual presentation initiatives.
