The role requires strong supervisory experience and a track record of effective team management across store operations. You will oversee budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with policies and nurturing a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience.
• Oversees hiring, training, mentoring, and development of hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.

Education

2 years of college

Retail experience and supervisory experience (1 year retail + 1 year supervisory)

General work experience with supervisory experience (2 years)

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership

Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership (Live Better U/Bellevue University)
