Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Temple, TX is seeking a Store Leader who can develop high-performing teams, manage store operations, and deliver strong financial results.

You will supervise hourly associates, hire and train staff, set clear expectations, and drive customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, inventory flow, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, gener al work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Leads and Develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors, sets expectations, and promotes belonging."
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and measures progress toward results.
