Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensures customer service excellence and resolves customer issues, implementing action plans as needed.
• Coordinates plans to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
• Manages personnel by hiring, training, mentoring, and promoting a belonging mindset.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
