Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as described

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional front-end displays and fixtures
• Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged stock; payroll and cash handling duties
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash, and ensure policy compliance
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates
