Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team and model initiative and accountability.

You will manage staffing, training, inventory, and financials, while championing CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills are required.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
