Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, under the Store Manager's supervision.

The role oversees store management, sales, inventory, staffing, training, development, and financial management. It is not part of the Retail Management Development Program, and advancement to Store Manager may be limited.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
