CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, inventory control, and customer service excellence while leading a motivated store crew.

Under the Store Manager, you will support staffing, training, financial management, and performance improvement initiatives to build consumer loyalty and ensure a positive health care experience for our customers in a CVS/pharmacy location.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible hours including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

Aufgaben

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
