Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the store management team. You will drive store execution, manage staff, and lead customer service efforts to build loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager, you will plan and supervise operations, inventory, staffing, and finances while modeling initiative and accountability. The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, a focus on performance, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment with weekend and overnight

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to pass along information.
• Support Store Manager with operational and service improvement actions.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve customer questions or complaints.
