Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join its CVS/pharmacy store leadership team, driving store execution, performance and customer service excellence. You will support the Store Manager in leadership, staffing, financial management and daily operation to foster loyalty and a shared commitment to healthier communities.

Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead others and supervise store crews; direct activities and communicate openly.
- Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
- Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
