Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while fostering a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication with management and crews, and heavy focus on merchandising, accuracy, and guest services in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Oversee merchandising, price merchandise and maintain displays and seasonal assortments.
