Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive performance at our Glendale location. You will oversee the sales floor, inventory, and customer service while coordinating with support teams to meet budgeted goals.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One year work experience in Retail Management.
• One year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations of the sales floor and assists with production room as needed.
• Develops retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Monitors inventory, product levels, and back stock to meet sales targets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers; de-escalates issues when needed.
• Partners with other departments to ensure compliance and training across stores.
