ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise team activities, and drive performance. You will help develop schedules, implement action plans, and identify training opportunities to grow the store team.

The role requires leading by example, maintaining standards, and ensuring excellent customer service while managing payroll and loss prevention within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Monitor competitive environment and suggest adjustments.
• Ensure product quality and correct signage.
• Assist with payroll, loss budget, and training.
