ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise team performance, and help drive store results through effective scheduling and execution of action plans.

You will identify training opportunities, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards while working with leadership to achieve payroll and loss targets. This FT role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports to enhance performance.
• Model core values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the community, advise on adjustments to maintain competitive position.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly information, milestones, developments, and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandize products neatly for sales.
• Assist in payroll and loss budget management and training new employees.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure high level of customer service and store cleanliness.
