Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process directives and store communications from corporate
• Maintain promotional displays and stockroom organization
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
• Ensure store areas are clean, stocked, and compliant with policies
• Support Store Manager in coaching Store Associates and maintaining a positive work environment
