Job summary

Family Dollar in Leominster, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily functions and help maintain store standards.

You’ll organize merchandise, participate in opening and closing procedures, train associates, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff while upholding company policies. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
