Qualifications

• Three years of experience in sales, management, or people development.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of passionate and knowledgeable Managers who strive to exceed customer service expectations by focusing on engaging customer interaction and store presentation.
• Coach, train and empower your managers to be business experts by leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Respond quickly to negative customer experiences by de-escalating the situation and ensuring proper recovery.
• Ensure compliance with Merchandising and Operations Standards within each area of the store.
• Create a staffing plan and scheduling in partnership with Operations Manager based on labor budgets and traffic.
• Lead HR processes and onboarding using Workday, training and benefits information for Associates.
