PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a General Manager to lead overall store operations, including expenses, merchandising standards, and safety. You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute store strategy and build a culture aligned with the brand.

The role focuses on talent planning and driving sales while championing service excellence. You will mentor and develop store leaders, promote a high-performing team, and ensure compliant, ethical operations.
