ShopRite of Perring Parkway in Parkville, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Director to lead daily operations and act as Manager on Duty. You will oversee both perishable and non-perishable areas, drive sales, and ensure Customer Experience aligns with company standards.

The role emphasizes safety, quality assurance, team development, and adherence to store policies to achieve goals and maintain store excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to make decisions to improve business results based on data available.
• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly; up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Direct perishable and non-perishable departments to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, QA, and regulatory compliance.
