Job summary

ShopRite of Festival in Bel Air, MD seeks an Assistant Store Director to lead daily store operations and support the Store Director. You will oversee perishable and non-perishable areas, manage safety, QA, and staff scheduling, and drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to coach teams, and commitment to company safety and service priorities. This position is full-time and on-site at ShopRite of Festival in Bel Air, MD.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with focus on experience.
• Experience directing daily operations across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in retail.
