Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate with Store Associates at all levels.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent judgment skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations under the Store Manager, ensuring policy adherence and best practices.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and expense controls to meet budget objectives.
• Coach and develop non-exempt associates and support team training.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and merchandise presentation at all touchpoints.
