Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop a high-performing team.

You will supervise stockroom, front-end and sales floor activities, recruit and train leadership and associates, and ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining a welcoming, easy-to-shop store environment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service mindset and the ability to balance payroll with productivity,

Competenze

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead all Store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives and payroll needs.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Store Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Manage the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Maintain a safe, clean and customer-friendly shopping environment.
