You will recruit, train and develop a leadership team, manage stockroom and front-end processes, and control expenses through best-practice execution. The role requires 5+ years in retail store management, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Manage Store operations including Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor.
• Lead payroll administration and scheduling to meet budget and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Drive customer service programs and merchandise presentation to boost sales.
