Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Email, internet, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in daily store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Oversee production and retail flow, ensuring policies are followed.
• Lead staff development to motivate productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare performance evaluations and work schedules as directed by management.
• Ensure store/department is clean, safe and well merchandised.
