Job summary

Coastal Farm is seeking a store associate in Oregon City to support daily operations and assist the management team. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and participate in merchandising, signage, and inventory monitoring.

The role includes training new associates on systems, procedures and product knowledge, creating daily worklists, and stepping into store leadership duties when scheduled. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of Eagle Browser is required.
• Experience with POS systems is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train new associates on systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and help locate products.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and signage standards.
• Train new associates on systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Create daily worklists and goals for associates.
• Step into Store Manager duties when scheduled and assist with store meetings.
• Open and close the store as needed and answer incoming calls.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in floor moves and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with team through radio communications and maintain signage.
