Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments.
• Familiar with operating a computer and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, displays, signage, and inventory.
• Train new associates on systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Create and implement daily worklists and goals for associates.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and participate in store meetings.
• Maintain radio communication with all associates and knowledge of promotions.
