Coastal Farm & Ranch store in Oregon is seeking a Store Associate to support the store management team with daily operations, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control. You will greet customers, answer questions, assist in departments, train new associates, and help open/close the store.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Familiar with Eagle Browser.
• Experience working in multiple store departments.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, display, signage, and inventory monitoring.
• Train new associates on systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Create and implement daily worklists and goals for store associates.
• Assume duties of Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed and scheduled.
• Lead store meetings and communicate store goals/objectives.
• Maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
