• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and inventory control routines.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support the Store Manager in planning and safety.
• Ensure backroom, dock, and external area standards; maintain security and compliance.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers; complete documentation timely.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
