Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail operations, and the ability to manage complex processes, security, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Manage Inventory Control Specialist duties and accuracy checks.
• Maintain store security processes and safety standards.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
