Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and backroom standards. You will coach the Operations Team and support the Store Manager to drive safety, compliance, and financial results.

The role emphasizes process discipline, customer service excellence, and adherence to company standards across inventory control, security, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties, including weekly checklists and receiving standards.
• Manage store security processes and high-dollar controls.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager in operations and financial results.
• Operate equipment as needed such as forklift, baler, POS, and loading/customer assistance.
