Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and follow-up on routines and standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and ensure receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and reconciliation routines.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and work area standards and safety practices.
