Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery processes, while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and high standards in backroom, dock, and stocking areas, with oversight of inventory control activities and building Legendary service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines.
• Oversee weekly recovery process including Targeting Outs and store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist functions, coaching, and accountability for receiving standards.
• Ensure store security processes and standards are maintained; coach Operations Team Members.
