Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight process execution, scheduling, F2F routines, and weekly recovery. The role governs backroom and dock standards, inventory controls, and security while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

Candidate will drive safe, productive operations and ensure adherence to company standards, coaching the team toward Legendary Service and efficient store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Lead F2F process execution and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and ensure Store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Receiver role, including Receiver Weekly Checklist completion and coaching.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes including adjustments, discrepancies, and reconciliations.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards and organization.
