Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Manassas, VA seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead freight and backroom processes, oversee daily operations, and coach the Operations Team Members while supporting the Store Manager.

You will drive safety, compliance, and legendary service, with responsibilities spanning inventory control, security, and process adherence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead F2F process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and process expectations.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes, including adjustments, discrepancies, PO processing and transfers.
• Support Store Manager with store operations, planning, prioritization, delegation, safety, compliance, and financial results.
