Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous retail leadership and supervisory experience required, farming knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Receiver role, inventory controls, and backroom standards.
• Provide coaching to Team Members and support Store Manager in daily operations.
