Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering financial results, Legendary Customer Experience, and Team Member development at a farm and ranch store.

You will lead sales, service, opening/closing procedures, and store operations while aligning with the updated operating model and potential transition to Store Operations Manager in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales and profit.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and coaching to teammates.
• Assist with opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Support hiring, training, and adherence to policies and procedures.
