Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

You will promote a safe, productive work environment for Team Members, customers, and vendors, and train staff on policies and procedures. This role requires adaptability, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Execute merchandising, opening/closing, price changes, and stock organization.
• Manage cash handling and POS operations.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and proper poultry care.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
