Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight, F2F, and weekly recovery workflows. You will coach the Operations Team Members, monitor backroom and dock standards, and ensure safety, compliance, and high service levels.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, overseeing the Receiver and inventory control processes while supporting the Store Manager with planning and financial results.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Lead F2F process execution and follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Oversee weekly recovery process execution and Store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Receiver role, including weekly checklists, coaching, and receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory controls including adjustments, discrepancies, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards and organization.
• Support Store Manager with operations planning, safety, compliance, and financial results.
