• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight, F2F, and weekly recovery processes to standards.
• Oversee Receiver role, inventory controls, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager in planning and safety.
• Ensure backroom, dock, and shelter areas meet company standards.
• Maintain security processes and opening/operating routines based on store model.
