Tractor Supply Company in Green Valley, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering financial results and Legendary Customer Experience. You will lead sales, service, opening and closing routines, and ensure the store operates smoothly with strong team development.

Candidate should have retail leadership experience, farming/ranching knowledge preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to execute store standards.
• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations, driving sales and profit, and daily tasks.
• Lead freight movement, merchandising, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Handle cash and reporting duties; open/close procedures and bank deposits.
