Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering financial results and Legendary Customer Experience across a specialty farm and ranch store.

You will lead sales, service, opening and closing routines, front-end execution, compliance, and operations, aligning to store-volume leadership, with potential growth into Store Operations Manager in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead across sales, service, opening and closing routines, front-end execution, compliance, and operational activities.
• Support Store Manager in delivering financial results and Legendary Customer Experience.
• Develop Team Members and coach for performance and customer engagement.
• Perform duties such as cash handling oversight, store operations, and inventory controls.
