Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store Manager in leading a specialty farm and ranch retail store. You will oversee sales, service, front-end operations, compliance, and daily store execution to meet financial results.

You’ll develop Team Members, engage customers, and participate in opening/closing routines, safety, and loss prevention. Experience in farming/ranching preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales and profit.
• Provide Legendary Customer Experience and coach Team Members.
• Assist in opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance.
• Support hiring, training, and policy execution.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory, and store events.
