Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support the Store Manager in delivering financial results and Legendary Customer Experience. You will lead sales, service, front-end execution, and daily store operations while developing Team Members and ensuring compliance.

In this role, you’ll help manage opening and closing procedures, safety standards, and inventory control, with opportunities to transition into broader store-operations leadership as the business

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales, ensuring daily execution.
• Develop Team Members through coaching and training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and Legendary Customer Experience.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate inventory, merchandising, and store safety.
