Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales and profit.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and coach team members.
• Manage opening and closing routines and provide cash-handling oversight.
• Support hiring, training, and policy execution across the store.
• Foster product knowledge and customer engagement to differentiate the store.
• Coordinate store meetings, events, and inventory processes.
