Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Managers are responsible for overall store operations including accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service.
• Manage, assist, and direct store team in duties per company policy.
• Oversee training of store team and ensure policy communication.
• Address issues at store level for long‑term resolution.
• Educate staff and follow up on policies and communications.
• Merchandising and ensuring inventory levels, pricing and promotions.
• Promote FiveStar service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory control, equipment upkeep, staffing within labor budget, and safety/robbery guidelines.
• Oversee food operation, evaluate food service areas, quality, promotions, signage, and compliance.
• Review P&L statements and implement changes to improve store performance.
